FACILITY & EQUIPMENT

Flight-critical composite fabrication

Operating ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, dual 15-bar aerospace autoclaves, and 5-axis CNC machining cells. We manufacture structural thermoset and thermoplastic assemblies to AS9100 tolerances.

Metrology & NDT Scan

Computerized CNC knife tables section unidirectional and woven prepreg rolls inside positive-pressure ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, ensuring exact fiber orientation and zero airborne contaminants.

Laminates undergo monitored vacuum debulking followed by curing under 15-bar vessel pressure and programmed thermal cycles to guarantee void content below one percent.

Hardened monocoque shells and structural ribs are fixtured for high-speed waterjet and diamond-tipped CNC post-machining to hold edge profiles within thirty microns.

Laser tracking CMM probes inspect critical mounting points while automated immersion ultrasonic systems map internal laminate density before final shipment packaging.

QUALITY ARCHITECTURE

Zero dimensional drift across every structural flight layup.

Certified under AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015, and ITAR compliance. Every cure log, autoclave thermal chart, and ultrasonic scan remains serialized for complete thirty-year traceability.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

Sub-surface laminate validation

ULTRASONIC ACOUSTICS

Phased array scanning

Pulse-echo and through-transmission ultrasonic transducers map internal resin matrices to expose delaminations, porosity, and dry fiber zones across multi-ply structural skins.

GEOMETRIC TOLERANCING

Coordinate measuring verification

Automated bridge CMM probes cross-reference cured composite sub-assemblies directly against solid CAD geometry to confirm fastener patterns and interface planes.
